flight reservationsIn the past, I've always checked two or three travel sites when looking for cheap flight reservations to Europe. I went to Athens, Greece earlier this year to see some friends there. My return flight cost about one thousand dollars. I booked the trip well in advance and thought I'd found the cheapest flight possible. I hadn't noticed that some shopping search engines will search hundreds of travel sites for you to find the best deal possible on flight reservations. Out of curiosity, I used NexTag Travel Services to check the price on a return flight to Athens at the end of January. The cheapest was $730, which is close to three hundred dollars less than the price I'm accustomed to paying for flight reservations to Greece. The only disadvantage to such cheap flight reservations is that they often require a stop at more than one airport before you reach your final destination. This can add several hours to an already exhausting journey. Nevertheless, I'll be sure to use a shopping search engine the next time I'm booking flight reservations to Europe.
