flight reservations
The last time I went to Austin, Texas was for an amazing music festival. I had made my flight reservations months ahead of time and could not wait to get there. When I arrived at the airport, I was so glad that I had made flight reservations. They had overbooked the flight and were asking people to give up their tickets. People who had made their flight reservations as far back as I had we guaranteed their seat, but I felt bad for everyone who was being asked to stay behind.

One young lady asked if I was going to have to give up my seat. I was so relieved to tell her that I had made my flight reservations and would be on the flight. She told me that she was flying stand by and was not sure when she would be able to fly out of Phoenix to get to Austin.

I suggested she make flight reservations for the trip home, so that she was not worried about getting on a flight. She pulled out her laptop and I showed her how easy it was to make flight reservations. She was even able to get on the same flight as me on the way home. When she got on the plane back to Phoenix, she chose a seat near me and thanked me for my wonderful advice.
