We love Santa Fe, and although the nearest airport is almost 50 miles away, we still prefer it as our destination for our summer getaways. We have family who live there so we don't need a room reservations, but we do have to coordinate with our Santa Fe counterparts on scheduling our visits. Sometimes we drive because it's just a six hour drive, but it's just a one hour flight, so when we get great prices on airline ticket reservations, we opt to fly and rent a car to use in Santa Fe.

Our flight reservations for this trip were a good buy. In fact, when we consider our time, they are a great deal and we will be able to spend four days in this city with so much to see and do. Some of the food there is so delicious and the scenery is gorgeous. We usually spend one day hiking, another driving around the mountains, and eating out in the best restaurants at least once a day.
