When one of my dear friends asked me to be in her wedding, I was overjoyed. She and I have been friends for over ten years and I was excited to be able to spend her happy day with her. A few summers ago, my friend Laurie went to visit Puerto Rico where she grew up, a few days after she had been there, she called me and begged me to join her. She even told me that she would help me with the cost of air fare. I decided to go for it and began to look for airline ticket reservations online.

When my sister announced her engagement, the first thing that we did was hug, the second thing that we did was start planning a bachelorette weekend for her.
